The National Women Leader of the Ijaw National Congress, Comrade Tina Tobusi has empowered widows of ex-agitators in Rivers State.
The event, which took place on Sunday in Port Harcourt, is a continuation of the Women Leader’s intervention towards alleviating the challenges facing the widows.

Beneficiaries were trained in various skill acquisition programs and were presented with certificates of completion.
Others were presented with cash gifts and materials during the exercise in the Eastern Zone of IYC.
Daily Report recalls that the exercise held in the Central and Western Zones last week.
Comrade Tobusi also called on concerned leaders to listen to the plight of the women, who have been left with the burden of fending for their families since the demise of their husbands to the agitation of a better Niger Delta.
