Ekereke Commends IYC Spokesman, Ekerefe Over Free ICT Training | Daily Report Nigeria

The Student Representative of the Ijaw Youth Council Western Zone, Comrade Ekereke Tamaraukuro has commended the National Publicity Secretary of Council, Comrade Ebilade Ekerefe over the launch of a free ICT Skills Acquisition program.

The free information communication technology training was launched on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital.

Ekereke, in a commendation message on Wednesday, particularly hailed Ekerefe for delivering on his promise to give back to Ijaw Nation during his campaigns.

“I wish to on behalf of my family and the entire Students of IYC Western Zone, commend the ever working and speaking Spokesman of IYC Worldwide Comrade Ebilade Ekerefe for once again giving back to Ijaw Nation through a Free ICT Skill Acquisition Program.

“I can recall that Spokesman Comrade Ebilade Ekerefe promised to give back to Ijaw Nation if given the opportunity to serve the Ijaw Nation as the Spokesman of Council during his campaigns in 2020, and today he has fulfilled his promises once again,” he said.

The leader of Ijaw students in Edo, Delta and Ondo States also tasked other leaders of IYC to use their various offices towards contributing to the “development and advancement” of Ijaw Nation.

Comrade Ekereke further announced that Ekerefe would be bestowed with an Award of Excellence during educational program for students in Western Zone.

The event tagged “Education: As The Panacea of Good Governance” is billed for October 8, 2022 at Bomadi, Delta State, and is organized by the office of the Students Representative of the zone.
