Nigerian rapper, Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun, popularly known as Dagrin has been declared wanted in Sierra Leone 12 years after his demise.
This came following the release of images of people by Sierra Leone police who allegedly participated in a violent protest in the country.
The said people allegedly took part in a violent protest last week and the late Dagrin’s photo was on the list, reports stated.

Confirming the incident, a Twitter user, @Jeen_Yous who resides in Sierra Leone also shared the poster on the micro-blogging platform.
“The Sierra Leone Police release Pictures of wanted people who were part of the violent protest last week and late Nigerian rapper Dagrin is one of them. This country will always amaze me,” the tweet read.
Recall that Dagrin died due to complications from injuries he sustained in a ghastly motor accident.
His car collided with a stationary trailer in front of Alakara Police Station, around 3 am at Mushin in Lagos.
The rapper was taken to Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, and died on Wednesday, 22nd April 2010 at age 26.
Dagrin was buried on Friday, April 30 the Ebony Millennium Private Vault, Atan Cemetery.
