Arrested Instagram model, Courtney Clenney, alleged for killing her Nigerian boyfriend identified as Christian Obumseli, has confessed how it all happened.
The 26-year-old lady, who was napped on Aug. 10, had initially claimed she threw a knife at her boyfriend from more than 10 feet away during an altercation on April 3.
Frank Prietro, Clenney’s attorney, pleaded the permission of a court in Miami, United States of America, for Obumseli’s corpse to be exhumed and examined by an external medical expert so his client’s claims could be proven.

But an autopsy carried out on the 28-year-old Nigerian’s body revealed a stabbing that could only have been carried out at a close distance.
The model was temporarily arrested after police officers found her with blood all over her body on the balcony of her Miami residence, but she was later released after claiming she acted in self-defence.
She was re-arrested in August and charged with second-degree murder committed with the use of a deadly weapon.
Before Obumseli’s death, Clenney was arrested for domestic battery on Obumseli when both travelled to Las Vegas.
According to a clip from an elevator that was recently released from the couple’s Miami apartment, the model was seen viciously punching and kicking the deceased two months before his death.
The video also shows the model slapping Obumseli and pulling his hair as he tries to fend her off.
In addition to exhumation, Clenney’s attorney is seeking to stop the release of further evidence against the model without the judge’s first initial inspection of the material.
On the other hand, Obumseli’s family disagreed with the defendant’s request to dig up the deceased’s body, noting it was against their faith.
