He is ready to join the Londoners if they can reach an agreement with Leicester City over the transfer fee.

Arsenal is yet to make an official bid for the player but is keen on signing the Belgian before the beginning of the new season.
Tielemans is an established Premier League midfielder, who has racked up over 100 appearances for the foxes since joining them in 2019.
