The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested the Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Olakunle Oluomo.
Sources have it that Oluomo was arrested around 9 am on Thursday at the Murtala Mohammed Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, by operatives following a tip-off.
According to the source, the speaker was arrested over allegations of offenses bordering on financial crimes.

He and some others were accused of forging signatures and financial documents of the assembly.
Oluomo was said to have been on the wanted list of the commission following his failure to honor EFCC invitation several times.
