Gunmen have killed a commander of the Anambra Vigilante Group popularly known as Shaba and two of his orderlies in Igboukwu community, Aguata Council Area of the State.

It was gathered that Shaba was with his orderlies at a bar in Nkwo Market at Igboukwu on Tuesday night, October 11, when the assailants opened fire on them.

The attackers were said to have driven to the bar, alighted from their vehicle and opened fire on the two orderlies at the entrance of the bar before going inside to shoot the commander.
