A viral video on social captured moments a lecturer at the Federal University of Lafia, Dr Fred Ekpe Ayokhai, and his children beat up a lady over a man.
The victim identified as Blessing Mathias reportedly fought his daughter, Emmanuella Onawegie after the latter tried to snatch her boyfriend identified as IG.
Mathias then gathered her friends to beat Onawegie. According to the video, she was seen slapping Onawegie and hitting her from different angles, asking her to delete IG’s phone number.
Retaliating, Onawegie called her father ( the lecturer) and brother and headed to Mathias’ house where they successfully beat her up.

Ayokhai, who reportedly works with the History and International relations department of the institution, was caught on camera stripping the lady naked after the assault.
Mathias was seen pleading for their pardon while the cameraman, and the father did their job respectively.
However operatives of the Nasarawa State Police Command have arrested the senior lecturer at the Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA), Ayokhai, for mercilessly beating up 20-year-old Mathias.
