The new wife of Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Queen Temitope Ogunwusi, on Friday, commissioned two boreholes at the major markets in Ile-Ife city of Osun State.

The two boreholes at Oja-Tuntu, Odo-Ogbe Area, in Ile-Ife were for the use of both men and women.

Temitope Ogunwusi appreciated Oba Ogunwusi for giving her the privilege to establish God’s purposeful will for her life.

She revealed that God destined her for assisting the less privileged and that her task is not limited to water projects alone, but to a lot of orphanages.

She said:

“I think that we must commend the humanitarian heart of our father, the Ooni of Ife, for making this happen, for he’s a lover of all his subjects and indeed the Yoruba race.”

The queen further urged the people of the market to use the water judiciously and ensure they properly maintain the boreholes for effective use.

She added that she strongly believed that the boreholes would add value to the businesses of all the stakeholders in the market.
Adesegun became
Oba Ogunwusi’s sixth wife, a few weeks ago. The nuptial ceremony took place at Magodo, Lagos State.
