A young man identified as Ashiru Nuhu Tofa was stabbed to death by some suspected assailants in Minna, Niger State.
The incident happened along the area’s Commander Police Station on Saturday night, November 5, 2022.
It was gathered that the deceased was coming back from his girlfriend’s place when some guys attacked him.

Tofa was later buried on Sunday morning, November 6, at his family house along Katsina road, Minna.
A Twitter user identified as Daha Al-qurayshiyyu who confirmed the incident on the platform said:
” A boy was stabbed to death yesterday night along area commander police station.
The young guy was said have been coming back from his girlfriend place when some boys attacked him..
The funeral will take place this morning in limawa Minna.
May Allah have mercy on his soul.”
Similarly, another user Jamil Tofa who identified the deceased as his brother said:
“Innalillahi Wa’innaillahir raji’un…..
