Former Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice of Delta State, Dafe Akpedeye (SAN) is dead, Daily Report Nigeria can confirm.

Dafe Akpedeye, 59 died on Monday in a hospital in Lagos, Nigeria.

The respected lawyer who hails from Uwheru Kingdom in Ughelli North Local Government of Delta State served as Delta State’s Attorney General from 2007-2009 under Governor Emnanuel Ewetan Uduaghan’s administration.
