The presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi will Friday December 23, 2022 meet with the Ijaw National Congress in a town hall meeting.
The former Anambra State governor is expected to make bare his plans for the country with emphasis on the Niger Delta if elected president.
According to a source within the INC, Obi will unveil his plans for the Niger Delta revered for being the region that bears the economic burden of the country.

Obi, who has fast become a force to reckon with ahead of the 2023 presidential election, will be accompanied by his running mate, Baba Ahmed Yusuf.
Obi will be the second presidential candidate to meet with the INC in a town hall meeting after Prince Adewole Adebayo of the Social Democratic Party has met with the apex Ijaw body on November 9, 2022.
The duo will also meet with students at the Arridolf Event Centre in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital.
