Al-Nassr striker, Cristiano Ronaldo, was greeted with Lionel Messi chants from Al-Ittihad supporters during their Saudi Super Cup game on Thursday.
When the Portuguese arrived at the King Fahd International Stadium for the clash, Ronaldo received a rather shocking reaction from the home fans.
The 37-year-old, who has been treated like royalty since his big-money move to the Middle East, was greeted by chants of Messi, his eternal rival.
Ronaldo played against Messi in a friendly match last weekend and is now settling into domestic action with his new side.
However, the evening got worse for Ronaldo and co as they lost 3-1 to Al-lttihad.
Talisca got the consolation for Al-Nassr, with Ronaldo yet to score his first goal for the club.
