Popular Nigerian singer, Burna Boy has revealed why he didn’t declare support for any presidential candidate in the February 25 election.
The singer reacted after he was called out for not making his candidate known like most of his colleagues.
Netizens equally criticized him for getting money and fame by singing about Nigeria yet failing to speak up about the elections.

Well, responding to the critics, Burna Boy disclosed he doesn’t have any candidate he trusted and hadn’t supported any politician since his existence.
According to him, he doesn’t want his loyalists to blame him should his favorite candidate fail.
Notwithstanding, the “Last Last” crooner hoped the just concluded presidential election votes counted.
Burna Boy said:
“I dunno why it’s such a big deal to some Nigerians that I’ve not been vocal bout the elections.
“Personally I dont have a candidate that I believe in.
“I’ve never supported any political party or candidate in my life because I don’t want to make you vote and then blame me when the person bleeps up as usual.
“That being said, I hope all votes count and the best man wins.”
