Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen has said that the team will not underrate the Djurtus of Guinea-Bissau ahead of Friday’s African Cup of Nations qualifying match.

The Napoli star is convinced that the Super Eagles will give Guinea-Bissau team the respect they deserve, even though he is sure of victory for the Nigerian side.

The Super Eagles had defeated the Djurtus 3-0 the last time both teams met in a group game at the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon.

“We are looking forward to it and I’m happy to be back on the squad it is an amazing feeling and expects amazing results in the two-legged game against Guinea-Bissau.

“We don’t underrate our opponent we want to give them the respect they deserve also as a team,” Osimhen told NFF TV.
