Actress, Chacha Eke Announces Separation From Husband

Nigerian actress, Chacha Eke has announced an official separation from her husband.

This comes after she formally announced a separation from her hubby, Austin Faani but later retracted her statement.

According to her, her reasons for announcing the separation was domestic violence, among others.

Taking to her Instagram page, Chacha Eke explained her struggles in the marriage, stating that she faced a lot of obstacles, but kept on overcoming them head-on.

She also added that she thought marriage would be a bed of roses, but following her mother’s passing, loss of child at separation from Austin Faani, she now has a different perspective.

Her post reads,

“I’ve watched the life I built fall apart Infront of me and still got up the next morning to keep going. I’ve lost my parents suddenly to death, I’ve said goodbye to the man I thought would grow old beside me.Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it”.

Portable Sentenced to Three Months in Prison for Assault, Obstruction

A Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Ifo, Ogun State, has sentenced popular street-hop singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, to three months in prison.

However, the court gave the artist the option of paying a N30,000 fine in lieu of serving the full term.
