Taking to his Twitter handle, he said;
“Alhamdulillah, victory to the people of Adamawa state! I still remain a governor for all. No one will be left behind and nothing will be left untouched.”
Fintiri’s victory is coming amid a heavy controversy that trailed the outcome of Saturday’s supplementary election.
Recall that collation of results for the election was stopped on Sunday after the Resident Electoral Commissioner of the state, Hudu Yunusa-Ari controversially declared Binani winner.
The REC was subsequently suspended by INEC and recommended for probing before collation resumed on Tuesday.
