Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa has given condition for Nigeria to excel at the African Cup Of Nations, 2021.

The former Leicester City star revealed one thing the Nigerian national team has to do to lift the AFCON trophy.

Musa said the Eagles need no other thing than giving all their best to outshine other teams in the competition.

The 29-year-old made the disclosure after the Eagles’ training session on Saturday at the VSTS-Annex OF Roumde Adjia Stadium, Garoua.

The ex-CSKA Moscow star also said they are fully prepared for Carlos Queiroz’ side in their AFCON opener on Tuesday 11th.

Meanwhile, the Fatih Karagümrük winger was on target as the Eagles outdid the Pharaohs 2-0 in a friendly match over Coton Sport on Friday.

Musa said via an interview with the Nigerian Media Officer: “It was good as you can see. Yesterday we had training and today, we had another training session. All I can say is that we are ready for the first game against Egypt. Thank God the other players we are expecting are in camp this morning and we are still expecting Collins.”

“Definitely, I talk to the players because we know what is important. This tournament we know if we can win it, it’s going to have a big impact on our own country and family too.”

“So, we are all ready and we know what we can do. If we give all our best, I know we can win this tournament.”
