A scribe of the Ijaw Youth Council Worldwide, Chief Frank Akiefa has lauded Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, for his giant strides in ensuring development in Delta state.

The immediate past Western Zone Chairman of the Ijaw Youth Council described Governor Okowa as a ‘workaholic custodian’ of a state renown for it’s diversity in language and people.
