Alapala Congratulates Otuaro on Amnesty Administrator Appointment

The Minority Whip, and member representing Burutu Constituency 1, in the Delta State House of Assembly, Amb. Alapala Anthony Ebitonmo has congratulated Dr. Dennis Otuaro over his appointment as Sole Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program.

Daily Report Nigeria reports that Otuaro’s appointment is sequel to the expiration of tenure of Gen. Maj. Barry Ndiomu.

In a statement on Friday through his Media Assistant, Tare Peanock, Alapala described Otuaro’s appointment as a deserving one, ans thanked President Bola Tinubu for finding a worthy Niger Deltan to man the program.

“On behalf of the very hospitable and loving constituents of Burutu Constituency 1, I wish to congratulate my dear Brother Chief Dr Dennis Otuaro on his recent appointment as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program( PAP).

“Your appointment is well deserved as it is a round peg in a round hole owing to your experience firstly, as a pioneer member in the struggle for emancipation of the Ijaw Nation and the Niger Delta region, Secondly as an academic Don with specialization in Public Administration and Peace and Conflict resolution.

“With these credentials, we are confident of your ability to stir the programe to greater and enviable heights by impacting on the lives of the people of the Niger Delta Region.

“I also want to use this medium to thank the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu for finding you worthy to serve in such capacity.
