A chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo has been caught on camera beating a Commissioner of the state during the distribution of subsidy palliatives.

In a video that surfaced online on Sunday, the chairman engaged in physical violence with a state commissioner after a disagreement.

The chairman showed his anger by striking the woman on her head with a chair, while others attempted to intervene and resolve the situation.
