Nigerian singer/songwriter Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa popularly known as Charly Boy has taken a swipe at the All Progressives Congress (APC) Governors.
Charly Boy, in an Instagram post, described the APC governors as a group of stunning bandits.
According to him, APC governors are only good and consistent in taking nice photographs.

“The only good thing that is consistent with the APC governors and the party itself is good photographs.
