Nigerian Clergyman, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere has publicly forgiven the Happie Boys, a group of former security personnel who accused him of abandoning them in Cyprus.
The Happie Boys were flown to Cyprus on a scholarship by Chinyere, the founder of Omega Power Ministry (OPM) after they were sacked from an eatery for recording themselves dancing while on duty and posting the video online.
In a show of good faith, the OPM Apostle fully paid for the Happie Boys’ flight back to Nigeria and has offered to continue their university education in Nigeria and neighboring countries.

He revealed he has asked the Happie Boys to return to any university in Nigeria or the Benin Republic to continue their education.
He said:
“Happy Boyz are my children and I have forgiven them for everything they did to me. I just concluded with my agent that got them visa and ticket when they were traveling last year.
“And he has gotten return ticket for them to travel back to Nigeria on the 15th of June 2023. As soon as they come back, I will continue there Scholarship in Nigerian Universities, Benin Republic University, Mauritius University, Ghana University, but No more Europe Universities.
“They are my children and I love them.”
