CARE AID, a humanitarian non-governmental organization, is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead our programs in the Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe (BAY) axis.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee program development and implementation, and ensure effective monitoring and evaluation.
Also, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in program management, excellent project management skills, and a strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
Responsibilities include:
– Leading program development and implementation.
– Overseeing monitoring and evaluation.
– Managing program staff and building capacity.

Required qualifications and skills include:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
– Minimum three years of experience in program management.
– Strong understanding of program management cycles.
– Excellent project management skills.
– Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
– Sound understanding of monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
This is a full-time position based in Yobe State, with an initial contract of 3 months and possibility of extension. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
