Former Presidential aide, Reno Omokri has aired his opinion on arranged marriage.
In a post shared on his Instagram page, he noted that there is nothing wrong with arranged marriage, adding that it’s the most successful marriage in earth.

He added that it’s the type of marriage with the lowest rate of divorce in the world.
He wrote;
‘’There is nothing wrong if your parents, siblings, or other relatives want to fix you up with an arranged marriage. Arranged marriages are the most successful unions on Earth. Fact-check me: The divorce rate of so-called love matches is between 40-50%, whereas the divorce rate for arranged marriages is 4%. And it is very Scriptural. The marriage of Isaac and Rebecca was an arranged marriage by Abraham. Laban arranged Jacob’s marriage to Leah. Pharaoh set up Joseph’s wedding to Asenath. ‘’
