Former House of Representatives member Abdulmumin Jibrin has spoken out about Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s wealth and true age.
Jibrin, the Director-General of Tinubu’s campaign organization for the 2023 presidential election, stated that the former Lagos State Governor’s source of wealth has been a source of contention.
There have been doubts and controversies surrounding Tinubu’s alleged vast wealth, but the former lawmaker said he was shocked to learn that the APC National Leader is a shareholder in English club Manchester United.

Jibrin also expressed his embarrassment that some people are questioning Tinubu’s true age, reminding them that his principal is between the ages of 69 and 70.
Jibrin said of Tinubu’s source of wealth, “It has never been a source of controversy.” We discuss the aid, the source of wealth, and Asiwaju’s spending. It has always existed in public. ” It’s very embarrassing to me that we’re asking about his age when it’s public knowledge. It’s there every year; he’s 69 and about to turn 70.”
Jibrin continued, “For somebody who has been (head) hunted, right from his schooling days; by multi-national organizations, worked in Arthur Andersen, worked for Mobil, and got into politics.”
This man did not enter politics as a poor man.
“I can assure you that no Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is impoverished.” As a senator of the federal republic, he entered politics. This man has business in his blood, both in terms of exporting and the rest.
Everyone is well aware that he was the sole supporter of pro-democracy. Nobody has ever come out with a counter-argument to that pro-democracy activism in the mid-nineties.”
So, why are they asking where he got all that money? And, over the years, here is a man who has made investments all over the world, including a large stake in Apple.
I was surprised to learn recently, while watching a football match with him, that he is a shareholder in Manchester United.
