Atiku Doesn’t Believe in One Nigeria – Wike

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has accused the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as a non-believer of one Nigeria.

According to Wike, the former vice president does not believe in the unity of the country, adding that same believe is held by those in Atiku’s camp.

Wike made the claim on Thursday during a media chat at the Government House in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.

He said;

“Atiku doesn’t believe in the unity of this country. That is why he always gather those who equally don’t believe in Nigeria’s unity.

“So, 2023 is between One Nigeria and NO Nigeria. I support One Nigeria.

No last-minute deal with Atiku – Wike

Meanwhile, Governor Wike also ruled out any last-minute deal between the Integrity Governors and Atiku.

The governor also noted that he is not ready to sit with any member of Atiku’s camp to broker peace between the G5 the national leadership of the party led by Iyorchia Ayu.

Asked about the possibility of a last-minute deal with Atiku,Wike said;

“No, we can’t do that; it’s over! We have said it and there is nothing anybody can do about it now.

“They believe they can win the election. I am not ready to sit down with anybody again.”
