An infant was abducted at gunpoint ng the link road connecting Housing Complex Road to Airport Road in Warri, Delta State by suspected kidnappers on December 15, 2025.
According to family sources, the baby’s mother had boarded a tricycle with her infant (aged less than two months) and her two-year-old daughter.

While in transit, the suspects, who were also passengers in the tricycle, reportedly brandished a firearm, forcibly seized the infant, and threw the mother and her young daughter out of the moving vehicle before fleeing the scene.
The incident has left the family devastated, and they are now appealing to the public for help. They are urging residents in Warri and surrounding areas to remain vigilant and assist in the search for the missing baby. The family is also requesting that the information be widely shared to aid in locating the infant and bringing the perpetrators to justice.
