Farmers and residents have lamented and cries out for help following numerous invasion of bandits and kidnappers in Taraba state.
This comes after a death attack in a community, which led to the death of one, and abduction of six others.
It’s not news that banditry and kidnapping has turned to a norm in the northern part of Nigeria, with numerous citizens getting kidnapped frequently.
In recent updates a farmer has been brutally murdered, in a fresh bandit attack in Garbatau, Bali Local Government Area of Taraba State.

According to a resident, Adamu Dauda, the farmer, identified as Alhaji Mai Wanda Maibultu, who was a prominent large-scale farmer in the area was killed following an attack on his farm, and six other people were kidnapped.
This time, the farmers were in the process of harvesting their crops, but the kidnappers have disrupted it again,” Dauda lamented,
Itbwas gathered that the kidnappers have reached out to the families of the abducted victims, demanding 100 million naira.
This new attack has spread concerns among citizens, who expressed dissatisfaction at the constant neglect of the government.
