Barcelona are in discussion to sign Chelsea defender and captain, Cesar Azpilicueta.

Reports from La Liga reporter, Javi Miguel of AS, say Barcelona are close to agreeing a deal with Chelsea captain, Cesar Azpilicueta.
The Chelsea legend has been identified as a top target for the Blaugrana to reinforce the right-back position following the departure of Dani Alves.

According to Javi Miguel, fresh talks have taken place between the two parties in the last few hours and Azpilicueta is closing in on joining Barcelona.

It is believed that Chelsea’s new owners have sanctioned the Spanish international transfer.
