Barcelona are closing in on transfer target Joules Kounde. as they are prepare to make an official bid for the Sevilla player.
Chelsea have courted Joules Kounde in the past 1 year and it was reported that the player has agreed on personal terms with the Premier League giant ahead of a possible transfer this summer.
However, situations change drastically, according to a credible Barcelona insider, Gerard Romero, Joules Kounde has agreed on personal terms with Barcelona and the Spanish giants think they can afford the €55m go €60m it would take to get Sevilla to sell.
This might be the second time Barcelona will pip Chelsea of their transfer target after they did same with Raphinha.
