The Spain and Barcelona legend who just recently parted ways with Al Sadd vowed to restore the struggling club to its former glory.

The new coach proceeded to pose for pictures with club officials while holding up a Barcelona shirt with his name on the back.
Xavi replaced Ronald Koeman, who struggled to produce sparkling results due the club.
He takes over with Barcelona lingering at a disappointing ninth place in the Spanish league and second in their Champions League group.
