Barrister Smooth Announces Burial Date For Ikesima Brown

Deceased highlife musician, Ikesima Brown’s burial date has been announced.

Daily Report Nigeria reports that the burial date for lthe ate songstress was announced by her boss, Chief Barrister Smooth.

In a statement on his official Facebook page, Smooth also announced the burial date for Appah Appah, another late member of the Barrister Smooth musical crew.

The statement read;
“With pains in our hearts and tears in our eyes, we wish to officially announce the burial date of our dear Queen Ikesima Brown and dear brother Appah Appah.

“1. Hon. Appah Appah (7th July, 2023 at Patani community, Delta State.)

“2. Queen Ikesima Brown (21st July, 2023 at Harry’s town (Obu-Ama) Degema LGA, Rivers State, Nigeria)

“May their gentle souls rest in eternal glory.”

Daily Report Nigeria recalls that Ikesima Brown and Appah Appah died alongside three other colleagues in a fatal road accident along the Kogi-Abuja road on Sunday, June 11, 2023.

The other victims; Joseph Ekeremieye, Marian Amadi and Tuku Eniekebi have since been buried on earlier dates.
