“Every Relationship Has An End Point” Basketmouth Writes, Speaks About Walking Away

Popular Nigeria comedian, has sent words of advice against toxic relationships.

The musician, through his Instagram page, shared his new year’s post, as he talks about walking away from toxic relationships, while emphasizing that “Every relationship has an end point”.

He wrote:

“She really underestimated me and assumed I was weak. Little did she know that with every new day, comes a new strength; A new drive and an unwavering determination to win.

“She judged me, made a mockery of me. she came at me with everything she had, but eventually, she burnt out.

“At the end of it all, I stood taller and stronger than lever was. The comeback was so unexpected. But I reclaimed my power,

“Isn’t it amazing how just one second can make someone who seemed so powerful, become nothing but a shadow of a memory?

“As I walked away, I couldn’t help but stop in my glorious strides. I turned back to take one last look at her. With a Bright smile on my face, I raised my right hand towards her and I flipped out the middle finger as I whispered delightfully; ‘F*ck you 2024, I WON..'”

Daily Report Nigeria recalls that Basketmouth announced the end of his marriage with Elsie Uzoma Okpocha in December 2022.

It’s quite unclear if he was referring to his ex, or the year 2024.
