Bauchi Govt Releases N32m To Vaccinate Over 800,000 Cows | Daily Report Nigeria

The Bauchi State Government under the leadership of Governor Bala Mohammed, has released the whooping sum of N32million to vaccinate over 800,000 herds of cattle in the state.

Governor Mohammed disclosed this on Wednesday, February 24, at the inauguration of the 2020/2021 annual livestock vaccination campaign at the Galambi Cattle Ranch, Bauchi state.

“We have released over N32m for this exercise which will cover vaccines, equipment and allowances for our staff to do this exercise,” the Governor said.

The Governor added that the Ministry for Local Government had been directed to pay the allowances of all the participating member staffs in the 20 Local Government Areas, as well as to purchase more materials for the said vaccination.
