Big Brother Naija Season 9 pair, Ocee and Ozumba Mbadiwe, Mbadiwe Twins, have become the first Head of House after a competitive game on Monday.

Unlike previous seasons, this time, housemates played a ballot game where they voted for the pair they wanted to win the HOH challenge.

After the votes were counted, there was a tie between the Mbadiwe twins and the Fairme Davido and Michky pair. The custodians, a pair consisting of an aunty and her niece, ultimately chose the Mbadiwe twins as the winners.

Despite winning, the twins do not have immunity this season, meaning they are not exempt from eviction.

The ninth season of BBNaija started on Sunday night, featuring a new dynamic where contestants entered the house in pairs.
