Fans of Big Brother Naija Season 6 Shine Ya Eye housemate, Pere, have taken to the streets of Lagos to protest against the new twist by the show organizers on Sunday night.

Recall that Pere and Angel were both isolated in a White Room to battle with “trucks and screwdrivers” to earn a chance to compete for the grand prize.

The protesters bearing placards and T-shirts with varying inscriptions such as ‘#Justice for Pere’ amongst other messages, stormed the Multichoice office in the Illupeji area of Lagos State on Monday morning.

Pere, Angel and four others were up for eviction on Sunday. While Nini, Angel and Saga were evicted, Pere and Angel were sentenced to the White Room to carry out a Double Jeopardy Task.

Meanwhile, voting result showed that Pere polled 25.31% of votes while Angel had 14.63%, a fact still unknown to the duo.

Fans of Pere had earlier called the EFCC and the ICPC to investigate the organizers for alleged scamming tactics, wondering why their fave is made to go through the mental stress after clearly beating Angel going by the poll results.

“If you don’t want him, release him to us. Why the mental stress?” one of the protesters said in a video.
