The Big Brother Naija Season 10 house has its first Head of House, and it’s none other than Jason Jae, who triumphed in a demanding three-part competition shortly after the second phase of the live launch on July 27, 2025.

The challenge, themed the ‘Sense of Peace’ contest, was designed to push all 29 housemates through trials that tested their mental sharpness, speed, and physical strength.

The contest began with a Block Stacking round, where participants were required to replicate a wooden block pattern. From this round, eight housemates made it through: Jason Jae, Thelma Lawson, Bright Morgan, Victory, Tracy, Joanna, Sultana, and Gigi.

In the second leg of the challenge — the Goldbar Collection — the housemates teamed up to gather gold bars within a limited time. Jason Jae, Joanna, Bright Morgan, and Sultana completed the task successfully and advanced to the final round.

The last stage, known as the Treasure Challenge Box, tasked the finalists with unlocking a box using a single key among several options. Jason Jae was the first to succeed, earning him the Head of House crown.

As HOH, Jason now holds a powerful position in the game, giving him early leverage in the competition. His first decision in office was to pick Doris as his companion for the HOH lounge — a choice that could influence early alliances.

Details of the full HOH privileges are still under wraps, but Jason’s win has undoubtedly set the tone for what promises to be an intense and unpredictable season.
