The Chairman, Central Working Committee of Pondified Ambassadors, Comrade Welemu Williams has described Engr Felix Braboke, the Special Assistant to the Executive Director on Planning, Research and Statistics, in the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Commission, DESOPADEC as a dexterous and meticulous leader on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
In a brief statement in commemoration of Engr Felix’s birthday, Welemu lauded the Coordinator of Mobilisers in the People’s Democratic Party, PDP for being a shining light and a perfect example in being committed to service and duty.
