BREAKING: Again, Appeal Court Declares Nnamdi Kanu Free | Daily Report Nigeria

The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, has upheld the judgment setting the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, free.

Kanu lawyer, Chief Mike Ozekhome, (SAN), disclosed this on Monday.

According to him, the court on Monday upheld the freedom of Kanu.

He maintained that the further detention of Kanu beyond October 13, 2022, was illegal.
