The Presidential Election Petition Court has again adjourned Peter Obi’s petition against President-elect, Bola Tinubu.

The tribunal adjourned the petitions of Obi and the Labour Party till Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

The development followed a request by the LP and its presidential candidate for the pre-hearing to be adjourned.

This is coming just two days after the Presidential Tribunal adjourned Obi’s petitions from Monday to Wednesday.

Earlier, the Tribunal dismissed the petition of the Action People’s Party (APP) after its counsel requested a withdrawal of the party’s petition against Tinunu.
