BREAKING: Appeal Court Affirms Fintiri As Adamawa Gov | Daily Report Nigeria

Court of Appeal in Abuja, on Monday, affirmed the election of Ahmadu Fintiri as Governor of Adamawa State.

The legal battle is between Senator Aisha Dahiru Binani, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and Fintiri of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The judgment was reserved on December 5 and was scheduled for delivery today, December 18.

The court upheld the Judgment of the state’s Governorship Election Petition Tribunal by affirming the re-election of the incumbent Governor.
