About ten students have been reportedly kidnapped by bandits in the Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
The State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan confirmed this in a statement on Monday.

According to the statement, the students were from a day government secondary school in Awon.
The Commissioner revealed the exact location of where the incident occurred was yet to be confirmed.
However, he assured investigation was ongoing to figure out whether or not the incident happened on the school premises.
