A Lagos State Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) driver, Osibanjo Oluwaseun who ram into a moving train at Ikeja has been arraigned before an Ikeja High Court.
Oluwase allegedly killed six people by ignoring warning signals and negligently inflicting grievous harm on 10 other passengers on the bus, according to Director of Public Prosecutions, Babajide Martins.
The defendant was arraigned on Tuesday before Justice Oyindamola Ogala.

He was facing 16 counts bordering on involuntary manslaughter and previous harm, preferred against him by the state government.
