2022 budget

President Muhammadu Buhari will present the 2022 Appropriation Bill before the National Assembly on Thursday, October 7, 2021.

This was disclosed by the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, while presiding over Tuesday’s plenary at the Upper Chamber.

Omo-Agege urged the Senate Committee on Finance to expedite action on the Revised Medium Term Expenditure Framework and Fiscal Strategy Paper which the President forwarded to the red chamber on Tuesday, and submit their report for consideration at plenary on Wednesday.
