The Federal High Court in Abuja has ended the trial of former Minister of Aviation, Senator Stella Adaeze Oduah, in the alleged over seven billion naira (N7.9bn) fraud charges brought against her.

The trial was meant to take place on June 15, but Justice Inyang Edem Ekwo threw away the case due to an alleged threat to his life by an unnamed person.

During the court’s proceedings, Ekwo brought out a publication by a corporate organisation

The Justice then ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to fish out the people behind the corporate body and bring them to face the law.
