The Federal High Court in Yola said the APC will not have a candidate for the poll.
Senator Aishatu Binani is therefore ineligible to be on the ballot.
A Federal High Court sitting in Yola has nullified the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary election in Adamawa state.
Senator Senator Aishatu Binani was declared winner of the ruling party’s governorship primary back in May.
The court by its ruling on Friday that there would be no candidate for the APC in the State for the 2023 elections.

The court, however, said both the petitioner and the defendants were free to appeal the ruling.
