BREAKING: Court Reserves Judgement On Osun Governorship Appeal | Daily Report Nigeria

The Appeal Court has reserved judgment on the Osun State Governorship Appeal during its sitting on Monday,

The appeal was filed by Mr. Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party against a judgment of the tribunal which invalidated his election as governor of Osun State.

The Election Petition Tribunal hearing on January 27 annulled the result of the July 16 Osun governorship election that produced Adeleke winner.

Justice Tetsea Kume, while delivering a majority decision declared that INEC did not comply substantially with the Constitution and the provisions of the Electoral Act.
