Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court Abuja, has struck out eight of a combined fifteen terrorism and felony charges preferred by the Federal Government against the embattled leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.
The striking out of the felony charges against Kanu followed proceeding at the court on Friday.
