While Vlasic, Majer, Modric and Orisic all scored for Croatia, Marquinhos hit the woodwork with his spot kick as Brazil bowed out of the Qatar World Cup.
The 4-2 score meant Croatia are the first team to advance to the semifinals of the tournament.
